يا أصدقائنا، عائلاتنا، ورفقاتنا الأعزاء:

نحن متحمسون للغاية لمواصلة القيام بأعمال المساعدة المتبادلة الهامة وتوسيع تأثيرنا السياسي في عام 2026، ونحن ممتنون لجميعكم عشان مشاركتكم من كل أنحاء العالم في مشروعنا. ومع ذلك، مع زيادة عدد متابعينا، أصبحت صناديق بريدنا الإلكتروني ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي مغمورة في كافة أنواع الرسائل، من طلبات الدعم المالي/جمع التبرعات إلى مقترحات التعاون وغيرها.

ندرك أن مسؤوليتنا تزداد مع نموّ شبكتنا ونحن نعمل جاهدين على الرد على الرسائل المتراكمة، ولكننا نود تذكير الجميع بثلاثة أمور مهمة بينما نحاول تلبية هذا الطلب المتزايد.

1)على الرغم من نموّنا على مستوى العالم، لا يزال عدد الأعضاء النشطين القادرين على الرد على الرسائل الفردية صغيرًا جدًا.
2) بسبب هذا الواقع، وبسبب كمية الرسائل المرسلة، من المحتمل أن يكون هناك تأخير في الرد عليكم في معظم الأحيان. هذه ليست مسألة شخصية، إنها مسألة “تقنية” بحتة.
3) إرسال المزيد من الرسائل لن يضمن حصولكم على رد أسرع.

نحن نتفهم أن العديد من الأشخاص الذين يطلبون الدعم على وجه الخصوص قد يشعرون أن طلباتهم لم يتم ”تأكيدها“، ولذلك قد يكون من المفيد إرسال المزيد من ”التذكيرات“. نعتذر عن عدم الرد على كل رسالة، كما نود أن نفعل، ونعتقد أنه من المهم معاملة الجميع باحترام ولطف. لذلك نود أن نؤكد لمن يطلبون المساعدة المتبادلة أمرين آخرين:

1) نسجل كل طلب دعم نتلقاه في قائمة انتظار، ونتصل بالأفراد/العائلات أثناء عملنا على طلباتهم. عدم ردنا حتى الآن لا يعني أن رسالتك لم يتم الاطلاع عليها.
2) ومع ذلك، ندرك أننا بحاجة إلى تكييف سياساتنا مع استمرار نموّنا. لذلك، سنعمل على نظام جديد للرد بوضوح على طلبات الدعم بـ”رقم تذكرة“ يشير إلى مكانك في قائمة الانتظار، حتى يكون هناك قدر أقل من الالتباس.

Dear friends, family, and comrades:

We are very excited to keep doing critical mutual aid work & expanding our political impact in 2026, and we are grateful for all the engagement we have received from all around the world. However, as our following has increased, our e-mail and social media inboxes have gotten inundated with all kinds of messages, from requests for aid/fundraising to proposals for collaboration and more. 

We realise that as our network grows, so too does our responsibility. We are working hard to slowly work through the queue of messages, but we want to remind everyone of two important things as we try to meet this increased demand.

1) Even as we grow worldwide, the amount of active collective members able to respond to individual messages is still very small.

2) Because of this fact, and because of the amount of messages being sent, there will likely almost always be a delay before we respond to you. This is not personal, it is purely a technical matter.

3) Sending more messages will not guarantee that you will be answered any sooner. 

We understand that many people requesting aid in particular might feel that their requests haven’t been ‘confirmed’, and so more ‘reminders’ might help. We apologise for not responding to every message, as we would like to and we believe it is important to treat everyone with respect and kindness. So we want to assure those requesting mutual aid of two further things:

1) We log every aid request we receive in a queue, and contact individuals/families as we work through it. Just because we have not yet replied does not mean that your message has not been seen.

2) However, we understand that we need to adapt our policies as we continue to grow. We will therefore be working on a new system to clearly respond to aid requests with a ‘ticket number’ indicating your place in the queue, so that there is less confusion. 

We will make another announcement about this new system soon. Thanks to everyone for your patience as this project has grown beyond our wildest dreams.
