🚧 PUNKS AGAINST APARTHEID TRANSPARENCY REPORT #5 🚧
We are so proud (after some delay!) to bring you our latest TRANSPARENCY REPORT about our fundraising activities over the last ~6+ months!
There are too many members & comrades to thank with tags, but we want to give a special shout out to @carryonscreening , @chigreculturallatadezinc , @awi_nagoya , @piehouse.coop , @freedombooks , @breakingtheborderschi , @domakesayink , @claptonpunks , @solidaritytapes , @at_hall , @__thelocal__ , @real.life.presents , and all the other friends who marched with us, helped us print our merch, and gave us space for stalls in this cycle. And of course MASSIVE shout out to PAA family everywhere who have tirelessly organised shows, protests, and more to build power in our scene and make this fundraising possible.
We have grown LOADS in the last half year, with new members, new political campaigns, and new fundraising initiatives. If you want to join this effort & contribute proceeds from your shows to our fundraising, GET IN TOUCH!! We would LOVE to work with you (yes you!) to keep expanding this work to provide consistent, dignified support for both Palestinian families/organisations & critical political projects in the heart of empire.
If you think you can’t do it…think again! 90% of our donations come from small stalls at DIY shows around the world. You’d be amazed what we can accomplish together!
Remember: Fundraising is NOT liberation. But our Palestinian partners have been clear: we cannot afford to stop! It is the absolute bare-minimum expected of us. And we need YOU to help make it happen. So JOIN US already!
