Just in time for Ramadan & courtesy of @carryonscreening , we present a new iteration of our long-sleeve design, complete with a powerful motivational message for the fash & the génocidaires, as well as important Palestinian symbolism like the great key of return (look up Salman Abu-Sitta’s ‘RETURN PLAN’ on plands.org for more info on the inalienable right of return)!
If you are in the UK or Europe (potentially to expand later) & are willing to pay for shipping (or catch us at a show!), you can snag these items which will help keep PAA sustainable.
Whereas most of our merch goes 100% to the families & orgs we support, we are introducing this line to experiment with future sustainability–so the split will be 70/30% between our regular families & an internal redistributive fund to help cover costs for PAA members around the world. That means everything from printing zines & tees to renting server space, and eventually even possibly a ‘strike fund’ for when we really need to mobilise mass withdrawals from complicit music spaces. The sky’s the limit!
NB: WE DO NOT HAVE PAID STAFF AND THIS IS NOT TO PAY SALARIES!! You can expect the same quarterly reporting we have always done to show exactly how we spend the money. ❤ (look out for our next report by the end of Ramadan!)
Again, if you want 100% of your donations to go to families & organisations, you can continue doing that with all of our other merch. But we hope some of you will consider helping out with this secondary line as well!
